C8012 CFM-20 69mm/810 gasket is the gasket I used from Cosmetic. Had zero problems.

I find it easy to open the photo in paint then resize, pixels to 1000 works every time

These sizes are out of my note book from years ago. And I found measuring the bearing at the end not the middle better.

There is normally a paint mark on the back of the bearing
